About Us

At Elite Daycare, children entrusted to us are provided an environment that allows them growth and learning opportunities in all developmental areas (social, emotional, cognitive and physical). Organic and nutritious meals and snacks prepared by the on-site chef and nutritionist fuel the children throughout the day.

Our teachers are passionate educators who help children to develop their skills and foster healthy self-esteem and confidence through a variety of supportive and stimulating daily activities. Art, music, dance, yoga and cooking are also part of the program at Elite.

By focusing on the interests of the children and using them as our guide, we create positive learning opportunities centered around interaction and exploration, allowing the children to enhance and extend their understanding of their immediate environment and the world in which we live.

Meet the Team

Alexandra Petrusic, BA

FOUNDER / OWNER-OPERATOR

Alexandra's vision for Elite came when she was looking for daycare for her own children (2 beautiful daughters). When touring around trying to find the pefect place for them, a space that felt safe and comfortable, that could be a home away from home, she just couldn't find what she knew she wanted for them. And so, her idea for Elite was sparked.

Her vision was to create an environment where children could flourish and be exposed to a variety of activities outside of the regular childcare curriculum, where they would be served nutritious meals and most of all, a place where children and their parents would feel like part of a family.

As Elite Daycare has grown, it has given her a tremendous ability to be able to give back to the communities that have played a great deal in helping her build her business and for that, she is truly grateful. She feels she has finally been able to strike a perfect balance between family and work life and she loves being able to provide that balance and safe haven to the families at Elite.
